These terms govern your use of the Expert Everywhere® website and our products, Hot Source™ and Virtually Myself®. By using them you agree to these terms. Individual products may have additional terms, which apply alongside these.

About us

Expert Everywhere® Pty Ltd is an Australian company that builds products and systems to protect and activate what people and organisations know.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You own the content you upload and create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it only so we can provide the services to you. We do not use your content to train AI models. You can export or delete your content at any time.

Acceptable use

  • Only upload content you have the right to use.
  • Do not use our products to break the law, infringe others’ rights or create harmful or misleading material.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

AI-assisted outputs

Our products use AI to help you find, use and build on knowledge. Outputs are grounded in your approved sources and cited where possible, but they can still contain errors. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and for decisions made using them.

Our intellectual property

Expert Everywhere®, Virtually Myself® and Hot Source™, along with our software, design and content, belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without our permission, except as needed to use the services.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance as described at sign-up. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your billing period. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we provide the services "as is" and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the services or refunding fees paid for the affected period.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the services from time to time and will let you know of material changes. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
